We start with a short call (phone, Teams, or the contact form) to clarify goals, platform, and scope. Then you get a proposal: hourly support, a team package, or a deployment quote. After go-ahead we move from audit/architecture through delivery, tests (FAT if needed), and post-go-live support. I usually reply within 24 business hours.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. MSW Automation issues VAT invoices for engineering services, deployments, and team packages. After we agree the scope you receive an offer/order confirmation, and the invoice after delivery or on the agreed payment schedule.

Does SCADA still make sense in 2026?

Accepted Answer

Yes, often more than ever. Plants still need a reliable layer for visualization, alarms, historization, and PLC/MES integration. Modern SCADA (WinCC, FactoryTalk, InTouch) keeps that reliability while improving diagnostics, remote access, and production data. The issue isn't “old SCADA”. It's legacy without a migration path. That's exactly where I help.

Do you only work in Zielona Góra, or also remotely / abroad?

I'm based in Zielona Góra, Poland, but most projects run remotely for clients across Poland and Europe (including DACH). I travel on-site when it matters: commissioning, FAT, critical faults, or classroom training.

Which SCADA platforms do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Primarily SIMATIC WinCC V7/V8, WinCC TIA Portal, WinCC Flexible, FactoryTalk View SE, and Wonderware InTouch, plus scripting (VBS, ANSI-C), SQL, and PLC → SCADA → MES integration. If your stack is different, write me and I'll tell you straight whether it's a fit.

How is the offer structured and can it be compared with others?

The offer has a number, a validity date, and line items broken down so they can be set side by side with quotes from other contractors. On larger projects, billing runs in tranches tied to specific milestones, for example after FAT acceptance or after commissioning, so you do not pay for everything up front. I invoice after a completed milestone or according to the agreed payment schedule.

What happens if we are left alone with the system after go-live?

I document what I do and hand the knowledge over to your team instead of leaving you dependent on me. My clients name exactly this in their reference letters as a reason for working with me. After go-live you get 30 days of support, and for longer engagements ongoing remote access with agreed response times.

Question 8

Do you help with NIS2 requirements for OT networks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the most recent project in Germany this covered OT network segmentation, an asset register, and documentation for the directive's requirements. It makes most sense to handle this during a modernization, since the network layer is being touched anyway.
